Overall Management Board compensation comprises a number of components. These include a fixed salary, a performance-based bonus, in two cases, a long-term incentive component, the normal fringe benefits and contributions towards pensions and surviving dependents’ pensions. Members of the Supervisory Board receive fixed compensation and attendance fees as well as being reimbursed for their expenses.
